CRM , ECC and CC Connection
From ECC side, if sometime want to know what is the CRM system, then use table CRMRFCPAR table and from Tx- SM30 we can get the details.
If it is connected to CRM system, then at least one entry could be found with user as CRM and note down the RFC destination . Go to Tx- SM59 and open the RFC connection and login ( this will take to the CRM system).
A CRM system can be connected to different systems like ECC/convergent charging etc.
Open Tx as per highlighted below.
Choose object type as SITE and display.
If the connection is already established, then we can found R/3 system and SAP convergent charging system and their attribute details.
