Generate Maintenance Dialog for CIT/BIT Class in convergent invoicing
Sometimes if required to generate CITs/BITs manually, then CI provides a way to generate maintenance dialog/screen for the BIT class where user can manually enter information to create CITs/BITs.
In CI(convergent invoicing), below as shown we have few BIT classes.
Choose option- Generate Maintenance Dialogs for Billable Item Class.
Provide the BIT class and clcik on generate button. Here we have already generated the Dialogs for the BIT class- MSRC ( the status – is green light).
It generate Function modules as highlighted below for the get/set of data.
For BIT class- MUSC no maintenance dialog has been generated.
Similarly for BIT class- MUSP.
Execute Tx- FKKBIXBIT_CWB
Choose create.
Provide BP,contract account , provider contract and BIT class for which maintenance dialog has been generated and click on create button.
Click on ‘+’ button to create new record.
As the maintenance dialog has been generate for the BIT class, the screen appears where user can maintain details of the BITs and then can save it.
Let’s try for a BIT class for which there is no maintenance dialog.
Select ‘+’.
It shows below message “as no maintenance dialog generated”.
Similarly the maintenance dialog can be generated for the CIT class.
Execute Tx- FKKBIXCIT_CWB
Select Create .
Provide details and create.
We can see the below message.
User can generate the maintenance dialog for the cit class and then maintain the CIT information manually.
