Using Dynamic Text in Adobe Form


The below table type can be used to display dynamic text content in adobe form.

Go to tx- SFP and  create an interface.

Create an importing parameter by referring to the table type TSFTEXT. Activate the interface.

Now create a form.

Assign the interface to the form and save.

Map the interface importing parameter to the form context node.

In the form context node, create a text by right click on the context node.

Provide a name, Text type should be Dynamic text and Field is the table name. Go to layout.

Create a text box , drag & drop on the design view.Extend [ height and width] the text box as per needed. Select the text and right click. Select the floating field option.

Now we have to bind the text field to the created dynamic text field. So from data binding option, choose below name.

Select ok.

Mapping done.

Activate the form and Test.

Let’s put some value in the internal table.

Create some internal table rows and go back.

Execute.

Select preview.

Here we have the dynamic text content appears on the form.

    I’m facing an issue. I have been following the steps you indicated on the “marvelous” indeed blog.

    – I have an Internal Table MATERIAL_SALES_TEXT with the content of the Text .
    – I have created my text object TEXT001 in the Context as Dynamic Text.

    But unfortunately I am not able to fill the Value Field of TEXT001 with “MATERIAL_SALES_TEXT”.

    I would need to be able to make it happen.

    Any hint would be absolutely marvelous!.
