To create a SMARTSTYLE we can use different transaction- SMARTFORMS with second option STYLE or SMARTSTYLES transaction can be used.
Provide a style name & create.
Save and to create paragraph format select Paragraph Formats.
Click on Create button.
The below screen appears.
Provide an name as P1 and continue.
Go to Fonts tab.
The below screen appears.
Provide the font family type, size and style. Save.
Lets create a new paragraph format.
Provide a Name and Continue.
Provide the details of the font and save.
Go to the header data option and assign the standard paragraph.
Save & Activate the smart style.
Now We have to use the above smart style in a smart from.
So create a smart form.
Add a text in the main window. to assign the smart style go to output options.
Assign the smart style and go to General attributes.
Select the paragraph format as P1.
Put some text.
Create a new text and assign the smart style.
Select paragraph – P2 and put some text. Activate the smart form and test.
Here we can see texts with smart style paragraph formats applied to different texts.
