Creating Customer Account Group


Customer Account Group- It is needed during the creation of the Customer. Account Group helps to defines which fields are mandatory, optional and suppressed during customer creation.

Follow the steps to create an account group and customize the fields.

Go to Tx- SPRO.

Select the IMG.

Navigate along the high lighted path to create a account group.

Click on New Entries.

Provide account Group Name and Description. Select General Data and then select Edit field status or double click on General data.

double click on one Group to set the field property. Double click on Addresses.

Here we can set which field can be made optional, mandatory or suppressed.  Go Back.

Double click on the group Payment Transactions.

Set the relevant property of the fields.  Go Back.

Go back.

Select the Field Status- Sales Data and select Edit Field Status.

Double click on Group- Sales.

Set the field property. Save & Back.

Back.

Save the account Group.

Save the changes in a transport request.
