light111 Reverse goods movement & deleted outbound delivery in SD

We have the below sales order-

Check the sales order docflow- till yet no subsequent doc created.

Now create the delivery-

Do picking and PGI.

The docflow from delivery transaction.

Open the sales order in Tx- VA03 and check the doc flow. The sales order item status is complete as delivery is done.

Create billing for the delivery doc in Tx- VF01.

See the billing doc flow.

Now open the sales order and see the docflow. The delivery status is complete as the billing is done.

In case if something goes wrong with delivery, we first have to cancel the billing and then reverse the goods movement doc and finally we can delete the delivery and again create a new delivery document for the sales order item.

Now lets cancel the billing doc in Tx- VF11

Cancelled invoice.

See the sales order docflow- as the billing/invoicing is cancelled, the delivery doc is in process status again.

Now go to Tx- Vl09 and provide the delivery number to reverse the goods movement document.

Select and choose Reverse button.

YES to continue.

Goods Movement doc is reversed.

See the sales order docflow- here we have the reverse good issue doc appears.

Now in Tx- VL02N we can edit and delete the delivery doc.

Select Delete button.

YES to continue.

Delivery doc deleted.

Now open the sales order doc flow- here there is no link to the deleted delivery doc. The sales order item is open and it can be again delivered and billed.
