How to allow creation of configurable products in SAP CRM?
In CRM, often it is required to create configurable products with product modelling. To enable creation of such configurable material or service, the appropriate customizing must be enabled/set to allow product configuration.
Below highlighted path can be used to allow such settings.
01- Material, 02- Service and so on. So for service the configuration allowed.
While creating a Service, the Configurable box appears and once it is marked then, the service can be configured via product modelling.
