We have the feeder class for the list UIBB as – ZCL_FLIGHT_LIST_COLOR. In order to make color a particular cell, in the method GET_DEFINITION allow the CELL_DESIGN_REF for CURRCODE field. 

Here we want to color the cell of column CURRCODE where the value is EUR.

Test the application and here we can color particular rows.
