Function Module that puts -ve sign in front of the number

 The FM: CLOI_PUT_SIGN_IN_FRONT puts the negative sign in the front of the number.

Test the FM.

Provide a negative value with sign at the end of the number.

Now the sign is reflected at the front of the number.
